This Kong Paddlebiner is blue with an open wire gate. It is designed  to hold a kayak or canoe paddle to rigging or used on a rescue tow belt to connect to a boat or something else that needs to be towed. It is useful to connect two boats together or a boat to a tree while ashore or to group together dry bags for carrying. A paddler can never have enough biners.

Like all equipment that is used on the water, it should be rinsed with clean fresh warm water frequently (especially after use on salt water), and then washed with a mild soap. Let dry naturally away from a direct heat source. Lightly oil the clean biner with a silicone oil for best performance.
